Harold Hatch of Penobscot, Maine was hunting in Blue Hill on May 4, 2024 when he called this 20-lb., 12-oz. tom turkey into range using a slate and glass call. The bird’s spurs averaged more than 1 inch long, and the tom sported an 11-inch beard.
