Kathryn Laskey of Waterboro tagged this large 193-lb. whitetail buck during a hunt on November 30, 2023 in Northeast Carry Township. This deer represented the final step for Kathryn toward her 2023 Grand Slam, which started with a black bear harvested September 23, then continued with a 635-lb. bull moose from T2 R13. On November 6, Kathryn fulfilled the turkey requirement, with a tom turkey from Waterboro that was registered at Merrill’s Country Store. Congratulations on this outstanding accomplishment!
