On October 20, 2023, the first of Maine’s two Youth Deer days in 2023, Natalie Darling of Waterboro traveled to Alfred with her .243, and earned her Biggest Bucks in Maine patch with this 207-lb., 8-point buck. Bill Smith supervised Natalie‘s hunt, and Scott Darling served as witness to the application. The big deer was registered at Merrill’s Country Store, Sokokis Trail in Waterboro. Nice job, Natalie!
